Glimpse needed interactive AR experiences—existing methods were static and lacked engagement:

The Solution: AI-Powered AR Agent Platform
We built an AR system where AI agents generate lifelike historical figures, dialogues, and experiences in real-time.
1. Avatar Creation Agent
- Generates photorealistic 3D avatars of historical figures
- Converts reference images into animated models
Tools: Unity AR Foundation, custom code for facial animation and lip syncing
2. Dialogue Engine Agent
- Provides context-aware conversational responses
- Retrieves historical facts and narratives from knowledge bases
Tools: GPT-4, Retrieval-Augmented Generation
3. Environment Integration Agent
- Places avatars in real-world environments using AR tracking
- Adjusts lighting and scale for immersion
Tools: ARKit/ARCore, Custom shaders
4. Engagement Analytics Agent
- Monitors user interactions and engagement time
- Feeds data back to improve content and flow
